3. Refund Policy

3.1 Services

Requests for cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations within this timeframe are eligible for a full return. To request a return, contact us via our contact form. Returns are processed through the original payment method within 7 business days. If you miss the session without prior notice, the fee will not be returned due to resource planning.

In certain premium sessions, a no-return clause applies due to bespoke preparation. This will be clearly stated during purchase and requires a written acknowledgment at the time of engagement.

3.2 Digital Resources

For digital materials sold by FinnewPath, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery if you have accessed less than 10% of the content. To initiate a return, please use our contact form. Approved returns will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days. After the 14-day period or if more than 10% of content is accessed, no return is possible.

3.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. To arrange a return, contact us via our contact form. You are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the return to your original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Scheduling Modifications

You may reschedule a service up to 24 hours before the appointment without penalty. Changes are subject to availability and must be arranged via our contact form.
